Hey there, I'm Katie, and that’s me, my face right there. And see below - right down the bottom, with the mountain and the sun? That’s me too. Because to truly be able to be the photographer for you, in one of the most intimate and vulnerable things you can do for yourself, I need to get in front of the lens too. And yup, it was scary. But I came out with a better understanding of the range of emotions one goes through when doing a boudoir shoot. And that's really important. To be able to have this shoot be a huge success for you, we need to relate and understand each other.

Since 2014, I've been capturing moments behind the lens, guiding people through their fears and challenging the misconceptions ingrained in us for so long. But mostly, it's been about sharing laughs and creating joyous memories together. While looking hot af, of course.

During our meet and greet, we'll connect and discuss your vision for the shoot. I'll explain what to expect on the day, address any questions or concerns you may have, and whether you prefer to take the lead or have me guide you, we'll tailor our approach to suit your style. Then comes the exciting part: trying on outfits to find the perfect look for your shoot. Feel free to bring your own attire if you have something special in mind!

Today’s the day! You get professional hair and makeup done - of course this is optional if you aren’t a makeup kinda gal, that’s absolutely fine! I’ve had some people still get their hair and makeup done but super natural looking - it doesn’t have to be full glam, whatever you’re comfortable with. Shoot time is around 90 minutes with 3-4 outfit changes. And then…

we do a same day reveal! That’s right, you get to see your pics and choose them - on the same day! Let’s ride that high and see you in all your glory.
Once you’ve chosen your final pics, I get into the refinement editing and they will be with you in 2-4 weeks!

  • I don't take bookings more than 6 months in advance - so whenever suits both of us. There will be dates updated on my website throughout the year, but if you don't see any that suit, still flick me a message.

  • Absolutely. I know this is a luxury item and not everyone just has the cash lying around. You can do a payment plan that suits you - as long as it's paid in full by the day of your shoot, I don't mind how you want to break it down.

  • Absolutely! If you need a bit of moral support, you can bring a friend - but no romantic partnerships unless we're doing a couples shoot. Some people bring a friend just to the meet & greet, some to just the reveal. Whatever makes you feel the most comfortable.

  • what do you think I am here for? I'm not just a pretty face behind a camera ;) Possibly the biggest part of my job here is to pose you into shapes where you feel and look incredible. Don't worry about what to do about your RBF - I have one too. The answer is to breathe and don't be afraid to laugh. Laughing pics are my favourites.

  • Girl, you know as well as I do that 'goal' is just another arbitrary excuse for getting in your own way. Why do you think you aren't beautiful now? Well I know why, because we've been fed some Kool Aid our whole lives. So why don't you tell the patriarchy to stfu and show all your glory - this is for YOU. Embrace YOU. I do.

  • Straight answer: No. That is NOT what we are here for and not what I want to encourage at my studio.

    One of the most offensive things someone has done in a meet and greet was raise her top and ask if I would photoshop her stomach. This woman was smaller than me. And that made me feel like shit. I will not stand for that in my studio. No negative self talk. If you feel that this might be you, then you need to leave all that at the door - cos if you do, this will be a life changing experience for you.

  • Only if you want me to. All of the people you see on this site, on my socials, have given their permission for sharing, whilst others want their pictures kept private for themselves. Some people decide a hybrid is ok - basically pics with no face shown. Or pics with only face. Up to you, I will never pressure you.

  • Yes! And many do. The best selling package is the Ruby one, and most people still buy extras! You can upgrade your package or buy individuals - even months after our shoot.

  • Whilst I have done location shoots in the past, I am new to Melbourne with no car, I will only be booking shoots in the apartment. But if you really want an outdoor shoot, have a location in mind and want to drive us, I am up for that!
